Registration
At least one author for every accepted paper is required to be registered for the conference for that paper to appear in the proceedings and be scheduled for presentation.
*ONE Registration Fee Includes the following for the Registered authors:
1- Welcome reception
2- Printed Name Card
3- Conference Folder or Bag
4- Participation in the technical program
5- Printed Participation & presentation Certificate
6- Printed Proceedings
7- Coffee breaks on the presentation day
8- Lunch or dinner on the presentation day

**After completion of registration, every participant is required to send a scanned copy of the registration fee receipt (or) transaction proof to us immediately via Email

Cancellation Policy:
If IRAJ cancels this event for any unavoidable reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid.
You may use this credit for another IRAJ or its allied Group event which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation.
Transfer Of Registration:
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if the registered person is unable to attend the event.
Transfer of registration is applicable only 30 days prior to the conference.
Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing, to iraj.imcetri@gmail.com
Details include the full name of the replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address.
All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless and otherwise specified.
